The Master of Science (M.S.) in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science at The Citadel is designed for individuals ready to advance as leaders in health, fitness and human performance. This comprehensive program blends strong foundational coursework with flexible electives, preparing students for careers in teaching, coaching, fitness, sport performance and human performance laboratories. Students gain advanced knowledge in physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and exercise testing while developing leadership and applied skills through internships or research experiences.
