Apply for Your M.A. in Applied History in Just a Few Simple Steps

1: Complete the Online Application

Submit the online application, along with the non-refundable application fee.

2: Submit Your Official Transcripts

Provide official transcripts from all colleges attended. Applicants should have at least 15 credit hours in history and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.

3: Include Your Application Essay

Submit a 300–600 word essay outlining your reasons for applying and the personal research project you intend to pursue.

4: Submit Letters of Recommendation

Provide two letters of recommendation, with at least one from a former professor or employer who can speak to your academic and professional abilities.

International Students: If you’re applying internationally, please also submit: 1) Official TOEFL scores and 2) Transcript evaluations from a NACES-accredited agency. Learn More.
