Cadet Spotlight: Mackenzie Raniowski
“At The Citadel, you get out what you put in.”
Mackenzie came to The Citadel with a clear purpose: to push herself toward becoming a Marine Corps officer in the best way possible. She understood that the institution’s structure and discipline would test her daily—mentally, physically and emotionally. “At The Citadel, you get out what you put in.” When you consistently show up for yourself, day after day, the growth in your character and resilience becomes undeniable. Without remembering her why, she would not have gone out of her comfort zone to go up in the Corps ranks to get to where she is now as the Deputy Regimental Commander.
